ONE® Condoms are about unique condom styles, but they all come in the regular/standard condom size. ONE® styles (such as FlavorWaves, Super Studs, Pleasure Plus, Flex, etc) do not come in different sizes. If you’re looking for a better fit, check out MyONE® Custom Fit with 52 sizes; MyONE is also hyper thin and extra lubricated. Most ONE® Condoms would be approximately MyONE® FitCode 53H.

Since our launch in 2004, ONE® has been all about innovation and bringing products to market that help people have amazing, pleasurable safer sex. ONE® Condoms features various condom styles, like our Super Studs™ (textured), Flex® (made with the wonder material graphene), Glowing Pleasures™ (glow in the dark), Vanish® (Hyperthin), Pleasure Plus® (the sex toy of condoms) — and many more. So many styles, so much to try! These come in the regular condom size. Other than Legend™, which is the extra large condom under ONE®.

After 30+ years in the condom market & because we're all about body positivity, we knew we had to bring more condom sizes to market. That's where MyONE® Custom Fit® & its 52 condom sizes comes in. Have you ever struggled with condom fit, such as slippage, erection loss, squeezing, or bunching? You're not alone! MyONE® is an extension of the ONE® brand launched in 2017 in the U.S. With 10 different lengths and 9 different widths, MyONE® has sizes snugger and larger than any other brand in the world. MyONE® condoms are hyperthin and lubricated as well for all the feels. You can measure for pleasure to find your FitCode, and then order a sample kit to test your size before you buy.

Yes! All ONE Condoms and MyONE Custom Fit condoms are lubricated with a premium silicone-based lubricant. Using additional lube is key to some pretty epic sex. Lube adds comfort, pleasure and helps reduce the risk of condom breakage. Just make sure to use a latex-compatible lubricant, such as these. DO NOT USE OIL-BASED LUBRICANTS such as those made with petroleum jelly (e.g., Vaseline®), mineral oil, vegetable oil or cold cream, as these may damage the condom. Pro tip: Drop of lube in the tip of your condom before you put the condom on for added comfort and pleasure.

Our condoms are made from natural rubber latex, dusted with cornstarch, and lubricated with silicone. The silicone fluid used is polydimethylsiloxane, an industry standard that is pure silicone fluid. Our condoms do not contain any other ingredients such as casein, gluten, parabens, spermicide, glycerin, fragrances. We're vegan-friendly, non-GMO & nontoxic. A variety of ONE® Products are available in select retail stores such as Walgreens, CVS and Walmart. ONE® Flex® condoms are available at select Walgreens and Walmart stores (it will be in a retail box instead of our tube). Find a store near you that sells ONE® Flex®.

Select Walmart stores sell our ONE® Move® and ONE® Oasis Silk® lubricants. CVS and Walgreens also carry our ONE® Move® lubricant in select stores.

CVS was the first-retailer to carry MyONE® Custom Fit® in stores, starting in Fall of 2022. We make 52 different sizes of condoms. But since we couldn't take over the entire CVS condom aisle (dare to dream!), we've selected some sizes to give people condom size options on the shelf that no other brand has. CVS currently carries the MyONE® Snug 3-count package and the MyONE® Snug 10-count (FitCode 49F).

For too long, the range of condom sizes available was very limited due to condom testing standards that set how long and wide condoms can be. Although you do see "slim" and "XL" condoms on the market, many people struggled with condoms that slip, squeeze, or cause erection loss because they don't fit right.

All ONE® lubricants are compatible with our condoms. Use lubricants that are compatible with latex condoms, such as water-based and silicone lubricants. See our selection of lubricants here.

DO NOT USE OIL-BASED LUBRICANTS such as those made with petroleum jelly (e.g., Vaseline®), mineral oil, vegetable oil, coconut oil, or cold cream. Oil breaks down latex molecules, causing the latex condom to break.

Absolutely! For MyONE®, after you're done measuring and finding your MyONE® Custom Fit size code, you can order the sample kit. Each sample kit contains two condoms: one that's the size you measured plus another recommended size. You just pay postage. We offer 1 sample kit per customer. If neither of the 2 condoms in your sample kit fit just right, contact us and we'll send a free sample kit of another size. Most of our customers get the perfect fit the first time, and for the rest all that is usually needed is a small adjustment. We're here to help with that. Find your fit.

For the MyONE® Custom Fit® products, people in Canada can continue to order through onecondoms.ca and those will ship from our UK warehouse.

MyONE® Custom Fit® is an extension of the ONE® brand that is all about proper condom fit -- and features 52 condom sizes. ONE® Condoms is more about condom styles, like super studded and glow in the dark. ONE Condoms come in the regular/standard condom size. At this time ONE® Condom products, such as Super Studs™ or UltraFeel®, cannot be ordered to a specific FitCode (size code).

Because condoms are a medical device, they must be cleared within a country for importation. ONE® Condoms are not yet registered for sale in all countries around the world. Please go here to see ordering options by country.

If you’ve put the wrong shipping address and your order hasn’t shipped, we can update to the correct address. Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped we are not able to change the shipping address. To change your shipping address before your order has shipped please reply to your order confirmation, or contact us with your order number and the correct shipping address.

ONE® Condoms offers free ground shipping for orders over $15 that are shipped to a US address. Expedited shipping and UPS options are also available for an additional cost in your shopping cart. For Canada, we offer free shipping on ONE® Condoms and Lubricant products orders over $50 USD. In Canada, MyONE® Custom Fit® ships from our UK warehouse and shipping options/pricing will be at checkout.

MyONE® Custom Fit® sample kits are free to addresses within USA - just pay postage.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, so please consider that when placing an order for expedited shipping. Purchasing a faster shipping option will not change the time necessary for processing and fulfillment.

The ONE® College Ambassador Program has an application process and is available to active college students within the U.S. or Canada. Ambassadors will receive educational training modules, and are expected to do challenges on campus to promote sexual health including outreach events, distributing condoms on campus, participating in quizzes, etc. The ambassadors may use the Momentum® platform during the program to help earn extra rewards and more freebies.
