All ONE® products are shipped in plain packaging with no ONE markings or logos on the outside package. The return address does not mention condoms.
What information does ONE® collect and why?
We collect information to support our relationship with you, improve our product offering and to communicate about products, services, and promotions. ONE® Condoms recognizes that we must maintain and use information responsibly. We may disclose information to companies that work with us and assist us with providing services to you.
We collect personally identifiable information (PII) you provide when you make a purchase in order to fulfill your order and follow-up with you should we have any questions. This information may include the following:
- Your name
- Your mailing address
- Your e-mail address
- Your phone number
Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPII”) data is collected by ONE® and our partners and is used for retargeting marketing efforts. ONE, and our ad technology partners, may collect NPII from people who visit onecondoms.com. This data is anonymous, and can include information such as web pages you’ve viewed, date and time of page views, domain type, location information associated with your IP address, and your interactions to an ad delivered by us or our ad technology partners. ONE and our advertising partners, such as Google and Facebook.com, use different methods to collect this type of data, including cookies, and it is stored indefinitely.
Who does ONE® share information with?
We will share personal customer information with our agents, representatives and trusted service providers and contractors for limited purposes, including offering certain products and services in connection with our Web site; communicating to customers; providing customer service; enhancing and improving customer experiences; enabling access to our partners' sites.
We may also participate in Facebook.com's Custom Audience program, which enables us to display personalized ads to persons on our email lists when they visit Facebook.com. We provide Personal Information such as your email address to Facebook to enable Facebook to determine if you are a registered account holder with Facebook. You may opt-out of participation in our Facebook Custom Audience by opting out of our email list. To opt-out of our email list, you can: 1) contact support@onecondoms.com; 2) click the “unsubscribe” button when/if you receive an email from ONE condoms; or 3) choose to opt-out of marketing emails within the checkout process in the store.
Aside from the purposes described above, we will not share your personal information with any other third parties unless we have your permission or you have been notified. ONE® reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement officials in the investigation of alleged unlawful activities of our customers related to electronic communication transmitted on our site. ONE® will have no legal liability for such disclosures.
We may also provide information to other organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. We may share aggregated demographic and statistical information with our other partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
What are cookies and how does onecondoms.com use them?
A cookie is a small file that can be stored on your computer's hard drive. onecondoms.com uses cookies to provide features such as auto-login and to determine when customers have previously visited our site. If you choose to set your browser to reject cookies, we will not be able to make auto-login functionality available to you, including giving you access to your address book without first entering your onecondoms.com user name and password.
What is an IP address and how does onecondoms.com use it?
An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer when you are using your browser on the Internet. Like most websites, the servers that serve our Web site automatically identify your computer by its IP address. We do log IP addresses and we use them to monitor things like the number of visitors that visit our website.
What technical devices and processes does ONE® use to collect information about me?
We use technology, such as Google Adwords, that allows us to identify what type of browser you are using, the web site from which you enter myonecondoms.com and the pages you view as you tour our site. This technology helps us compile aggregate statistics about our online guests and their use of myonecondoms.com, which allows us to make improvements in design and content to better serve you.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we will collect users consent from eligible European countries, such as United Kingdom, France and Germany, for us to collect, process and store their personal data. This consent will be collected and captured by our Consent Management Platform (CMP). This tool allows us to store and keep track of your consent on our web domain and sometimes, register with the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB). You may encounter the message on your first visit of our website or when your consent has expired.

What is ONE® Momentum®?
Momentum® is our loyalty program, designed to reward educators, advocates, and brand fans like you! Earn points by completing quick and playful online challenges or purchasing ONE® merch or products on our website. Trade in your points to redeem free perks, prizes, and products. It’s that easy! Sign up for free today.
Who can join?
Anyone in the US, Canada, or UK can join Momentum®. Simply create an account on our website, or enter your email at checkout when making a purchase and you’ll be automatically enrolled!

How can I earn points?
You automatically accrue points on any purchases you make at onecondoms.com. For every $1 spent, you will be awarded 10 points. 100 points would be equivalent to $1.00 off a future order.
You can also accrue points by completing our challenges. There are Quick challenges, like following us on social media, that can only be done once. Our Brand & Advocacy challenges will refresh every two weeks and are a fun way to stay connected with the brand. Point rewards will vary based on the challenges you complete.
What kind of challenges are there?
Complete challenges to earn points! There are two types of challenges.
Quick Challenges: Short, easy to complete challenges designed for fast point earnings (e.g., leaving a review, following us on social).
Brand & Advocacy Challenges: These are engaging challenges that refresh weekly. Examples include sending us your ONE selfies, completing surveys, sharing on social, sharing educational blogs, and more. New challenges are available for two weeks, and points are updated in your account after each two-week period.
I’m an existing user. How will my points transfer?
If you had an account on Club (which previously hosted Momentum®) and you completed the transition points survey, your points should have automatically transferred to the new Momentum®.
If you did not complete the survey, or if you have trouble seeing your points, please contact ambassadors@onecondoms.com. Please give us your first name, last name, and Club username in order for us to check your point status.
How do I contact support?

How do I view my point balance?
You will be able to see your points balance on the header of the loyalty page when you are logged in, and at checkout when placing an order.
How do I redeem my points?
Select the tab called *Rewards* on the Loyalty page. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. You can also redeem your points directly at checkout and apply any amount you would like to a new purchase.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No limit! Go ahead and earn as many as you can by purchasing products and completing available missions!
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
If you completed a Brand & Advocacy challenge, new challenges are posted every two weeks and reviewed as soon as possible. It can take up to two weeks for points to be processed and updated in your account.
Can I use my points at checkout?
Yes you can! You will have an option at checkout to apply your earned points in any amount you would like.
What happened to the Club app?
Momentum® used to run on the Club app, but we’re moving to a new platform, Loyalty Lion. Momentum® on Club access ends December 2025. To make things smoother and easier, Momentum® is coming back to our main site. Watch for an email with simple steps to transfer your account and rewards.
Can I participate as part of a group?
Momentum® is designed for individual participation. While you're welcome to share it with friends or peers, each account and set of challenges must be completed by one person. Sign up today and start earning rewards.
