In each round, the public will vote on designs, and the 10 designs with the highest ranking will advance to the finals. At the end of the preliminary rounds, the 10 finalists will compete through on-line voting and review by a panel of judges. Combined scores from the public and the judges will determine a grand prize winner and 9 runners-up.
