Artwork. The subject of the artwork submitted is subject to the entrant's discretion. All entries must be original; no stock photography or copyrighted images may be used or duplicated without appropriate rights.
Judging. Regarding the Design Contest, the public will vote on designs, and the 10 designs with the highest ranking will advance to the finals. At the end of the preliminary rounds, the 50 finalists will compete through on-line voting and review by a panel of judges. Combined scores from the public and the judges will determine a grand prize winner and 4 runners-up.
Eligibility. Global Protection reserves the right to launch simultaneous design contests based on geographic regions or products. Entrants are permitted to enter their designs into multiple contests, however the same artwork may not be entered into the same contest multiple times and may not be used in subsequent contests (e.g. artwork entered into the 2007 Universal Design Contest may not be entered into the 2008 Universal Design contest.) All contest entries must have a valid name, address and email address in order to be eligible.
Prizes. Prize is non-transferable and may not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. All taxes and other expenses not expressly specified herein as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Notification. Contest start and end times will be posted for each contest on that contest's general information page. The contest period may be extended at the sole discretion of Global Protection Corp. Finalists and winners of the contest will be notified by email.
Acknowledgment. All artwork submissions and all right, title and interest therein become the property of Global Protection Corp. and may (or may not) be used by Global Protection Corp. in any and all media now known or hereafter developed for non-commercial and commercial purposes alike. By submitting artwork, entrant: (i) certifies that he or she created the submission and has the right to provide it to Global Protection; and (ii) agrees to indemnify Global Protection from and against any claims, actions, suits and all related liabilities, damages and expenses incurred by Global Protection Corp. arising out of or relating to any alleged infringement of any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
Individuals, organizations and businesses are free to use the One Condoms website for any lawful, worthy and ethical purpose, except as limited by these Rules. The Website must not be used to solicit customers or sell products or services.
We ask all Website users to use appropriate names and language in the name spaces, address spaces and other spaces (if any) provided on the website. Users are forbidden from using false e-mail addresses.
This website contains material protected by law, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks. All rights in such material are reserved to the One Condoms, and materials may not be reused in any way or copied in whole or part without prior written permission from One Condoms.
